International Airport (BWI)]/Prince Georges County, MD; The Capital Beltway -
Westbound (I-495, Outer Loop):
· Take the Colesville
Road Exit #30 (U.S. Rte. 29 - South).
· Go South for approximately 2 ½ miles to the Colesville Road/Georgia Avenue
intersection.
· Turn left onto Georgia Avenue.
· At the 2nd traffic light, turn right onto Bonifant Street.
· The
building is approximately two blocks down on the left, after passing under
the multi-story Montgomery County/Metro Public Parking Garage. The building is
red brick and marked with Eleven Ten Bonifant on the building at
the ground level entrance, with 1110" over the glass doors.
· Parking is available at metered spaces in the County Parking Garage adjacent to
the building.
B. From Virginia [Dulles International Airport (IAD)]/Montgomery County, MD (I-270); The Capital Beltway - Eastbound (I-495 Inner Loop):

Take the Georgia Avenue Exit #31 (Maryland Rte. 97 - South)
· Go South for
approximately 2 miles to the Georgia Avenue/Colesville Road intersection.
·
Continue through the intersection.
·
At the 2nd traffic light, turn right onto Bonifant Street.
·
The building is approximately two blocks down on the left, after passing
under the multi-story Montgomery County/Metro Public Parking Garage. The
building is red brick and marked with Eleven Ten Bonifant on the
building at the ground level entrance, with 1110" over the glass doors.
·Parking is available at metered spaces in the County Parking Garage adjacent to the building.
C.
From the District of Columbia
(National Airport (DCA)):
·
If coming from National
Airport, exit the airport Northbound onto the George Washington Parkway
·
Exit the Parkway to the right onto the 14th Street Bridge (I-395
North), and cross the river into the District of Columbia.
·
Exit on the 14th St. end of the bridge (left lanes).
· Take
14th St. North to K St.
·
Turn left on K St., go two blocks to 16th St.
·
Turn right onto 16th
St.
·
Take 16th Street
(U.S. Rte. 29 - North) past Walter Reed Army Medical Center to the
circle/intersection with Colesville Road. [This is past Alaska Avenue where Rte.
29 splits to the right.]
· Drive
onto Colesville Road on the right.
·
Head North on Colesville Rd. past East/West Highway. [approx. one mile]
·
One block from East/West Highway, just after passing under the Silver Spring
Metro Station/Amtrak railroad tracks, is a traffic light at the intersection
with Wayne Avenue, turn right onto Wayne.
·
One short block from that is a traffic light at the intersection with Ramsey
Avenue, turn right onto Ramsey.
· Ramsey ends
at the top of a small hill one block up at Bonifant Street.
·
The building is directly in front of you. The building is red brick and marked
with Eleven Ten Bonifant on the building at the ground level
entrance, with 1110" over the glass doors.
· Parking is available (left onto Bonifant) at metered spaces in the multi-story Montgomery County/Metro Public Parking Garage adjacent to the building.
D. On
Metro (the
regional subway system):

If necessary, take any
train to a station which connects with the Red Line (Metro Center, Gallery Place
or Fort Totten).

Take the Red Line in the direction of Wheaton. Disembark at the Silver
Spring station,

Exit on the East side of Colesville Road. [There are two escalators for
the East side exit, and one for the West side exit; the elevator is on the East
side exit. The East exit is toward the middle of outbound trains.

The building is to the right, up a hill past a Metro taxicab area and a Metro
metered parking lot. It is adjacent to the multi-story Montgomery County/Metro
Public Parking Garage at the top of the hill. The building is red brick and
