Management at the 1110 Bonifant Street Building is
provided as part of the full service leasing standard.
Services include, on-site
maintenance and repair, in-house cleaning, utilities, HVAC
during normal business hours (heating and air conditioning
in executive offices available 24x7 at no additional cost), and
electronic key card access after hours. All services are provided
within the full service rental rate.
Our management philosophy has been both proactive in
areas of cleanliness, maintenance, and special requests,
and reactive to tenant issues with prompt, courteous and
efficient service.
We provide services so tenants can
maximize their productivity and enjoy the environment at
the 1110 Bonifant Building.
